Jimmy Keime Kimdir?

Jimmy Keime, İsviçre merkezli küresel bir reasürans şirketi olan Swiss Re‘de Mühendislik ve Nükleer Bölümü’nün Küresel Başkanı’dır.

Temmuz 2024’te bu göreve atanan Keime, şirketin dünya çapındaki Mühendislik ve Nükleer birimlerinden ve bu alanlardaki reasürans işlerinden sorumludur. Aynı zamanda bir Genel Müdür (Managing Director) olarak görev yapmakta ve Swiss Re’nin Hayat-Dışı Reasürans (P&C Re) Yönetim Ekibi’nin bir üyesidir.

Kariyer Özeti:

• Swiss Re’ye 2009 yılında Mezun Programı (Graduate Program) ile katıldı.
• 2014’te Küresel Mühendislik ekibine geçerek, önce Fransa pazarı için Kıdemli Mühendislik Underwriter’ı, ardından Batı Avrupa bölgesi için Siber Güvenlik ve Mühendislik ekibinin lideri oldu.
• 2020’de Baş Underwriter (Chief Underwriter) olarak atanarak, EMEA (Avrupa, Orta Doğu, Afrika) bölgesindeki Mühendislik ekibine liderlik etti.
• 15 yılı aşkın sigorta ve reasürans deneyimine sahiptir.

Eğitim:

• Paris’teki EFREI Dijital Teknolojiler Mühendislik Okulu’nda Bilgisayar Bilimleri alanında Yüksek Lisans derecesi bulunmaktadır.
• Eğitimi sırasında Singapur’daki NTU ve Londra’daki UCL’de de değişim programlarına katılmıştır.

Who is Jimmy Keime?

Jimmy Keime is the Global Head of Engineering & Nuclear at Swiss Re, a global reinsurance company.

He was appointed to this role in July 2024. In this position, he is responsible for the Engineering and Nuclear Market Units and their global reinsurance business. He is a Managing Director and a member of the P&C Reinsurance Management Team, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Career Summary:

• He joined Swiss Re in 2009 through its Graduate Program.
• He moved to the Global Engineering team in 2014, where he held roles as a Senior Engineering Underwriter for the French market and later as the team lead for Engineering & Cyber in Western Europe.
• In 2020, he was appointed Chief Underwriter and led the Engineering team for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
• He has over 15 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry.

Education:

• He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from EFREI, an engineering school for digital technologies in Paris.
• During his studies, he participated in exchange programs at NTU in Singapore and UCL in London.
